I am not a tech company that stumbled into consulting. I am a business strategist and workforce development professional who spent 15 years building employer engagement systems, managing statewide programs, and connecting organizations to resources that actually moved the needle.
Before founding DunvilleAI, I served as Business Support Unit Senior Manager at the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development, where I led statewide employer engagement and federal Rapid Response operations across Missouri. I have built relationships with 200+ employers, managed complex federal programs, and delivered results inside bureaucratic systems most consultants avoid.

I also spent 20 years as a USPTA Master Professional tennis coach — coaching seven Missouri state championship teams at Rock Bridge High School. Coaching taught me that systems, preparation, and the ability to perform under pressure separate winners from everyone else. I bring that same framework to AI consulting.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, certified in AI leadership, and deeply embedded in the St. Louis business community.
